We had an issue with our Whirlpool fridge, not cooling and making ice. Trigon was the first to respond and can come within 2 hours. Evgeny was able to tell us right away what the issue was and had the replacement parts. A few hours later, we had to call him back cuz we noticed that the fridge was still not cooling as expected. Yvevgeny of Trigon repair is a great resource. His response time is amazing usually will call you first thing in the am if you place a service request on his website the night before. He is flexible. We used his service for 3 separate repairs and each time he was available the same day. Initially we had a built in microwave that was not working. He fixed it and it is as good as new. About 2 weeks later our dishwasher and fridge broke down a few hours apart. He came the same day as we called him. His availability is great, but his skill set and knowledge is amazing. He really knows the works of the appliances and quickly diagnoses the issue. He is very confident in his ability and if he tells you he can repair something, rest assured he can. For example when our fridge broke down he also noticed our water line was broken. We were told previously by two other repair services that it could not be fixed. He fixed it in addition to the main issue that caused the fridge to shut down. I strongly recommend his service. Well worth the money and a lot cheaper than just buying a new appliance especially if you have a good quality brand.

Excellent service! I had an issue with my fridge and my home warranty sent a company that completely misdiagnosed the problem. Afterwards they appointed Evegny and his team to assist with the repair. Evegny made sure he inspected every inch of the fridge to make sure he had the correct diagnosis. He was very easy to work with and would definitely recommend.

VIKING Range VDSC4856GSS
In 2025, a client contacted us regarding a malfunctioning right oven in their 2008 Viking Range. The oven was not reaching the correct temperature and would shut off unexpectedly during operation. This not only disrupted normal use but also raised concerns about safety and reliability.During the diagnostic process, we measured temperature behavior across different cooking modes — bake, broil, and cleaning cycle. We also tested the preheat cycle timing, checked the performance of the heating element, and inspected the wiring for continuity and damage. Our inspection revealed that the relay control board had partially melted due to heat damage, resulting in erratic oven operation. Additionally, the thermostat was not consistently responding to the set temperature and failed to shut off the heating element when necessary. This caused the oven to overheat, which in turn triggered the safety thermostat, shutting down the oven entirely. After shutdown, the oven would no longer function until reset. The root cause was determined to be wear and tear in the thermostat mechanism, which compromised its ability to regulate temperature accurately.After replacing both the thermostat and the relay control board, the oven resumed normal operation. All cycles — including heating, temperature maintenance, and auto shutoff — worked as intended. The unit passed all tests successfully, and the client confirmed that the oven was once again functioning properly. All damaged components and replacement parts were clearly presented and discussed with the homeowner prior to the repair. The client approved the proposed work after a full explanation of the findings and recommended solutions. -
BOSCH dishwasher SHE44C05UC
The client reported that their Bosch dishwasher was running indefinitely without completing the wash cycle. The unit would not shut off automatically and had to be stopped manually. Additionally, the drying cycle was non-functional, and an error code would occasionally appear on the display.We began by running a diagnostic test mode, but no active error codes were detected. To investigate further, we disassembled the dishwasher door to inspect the control board for signs of damage or malfunction. As suspected, the control board showed visible signs of failure, which explained the irregular operation of the wash and dry cycles. Unfortunately, this particular control board model is no longer in production. After discussing options with the client, we received approval to source and install a used replacement part compatible with the dishwasher.After installing the replacement control board, the dishwasher began functioning normally. All cycles — including wash completion and drying — operated as intended, and no further error codes appeared. All findings, including the damaged part, were shown and explained to the client before proceeding. The customer approved the repair and was satisfied with the final result. -
WOLF Range repair
The client contacted us regarding an issue with their Wolf range — specifically, the left (small) oven was not maintaining temperature. The oven would initially preheat to the set temperature, but then failed to re-engage the heating element, resulting in a loss of heat during the cooking cycle. The thermostat was not triggering the heating element as expected.We performed a full diagnostic check of the oven, testing all key components. This included verifying the thermal fuses, inspecting the wiring for continuity and damage, and conducting temperature measurements across different heating cycles. After confirming that the fuses and wiring were intact, we proceeded to remove and inspect the heating element. Upon examination, we discovered visible damage to the nichrome coil inside the element — it had shorted against the element’s housing, which caused it to fail intermittently and disrupt the heating cycle. Based on our findings, we recommended replacing the faulty heating element. The client approved the repair, understanding that the part was special order and might take several weeks to arrive. In this case, the wait time was approximately three weeks.Once the replacement heating element arrived, we contacted the client and scheduled the installation. After the new element was installed, the oven performed correctly during all tests. It now reaches and maintains the set temperature, and the heating cycles function as intended. All findings were clearly explained to the client, including the cause of the failure and the condition of the original part. The repair was completed successfully, and the client confirmed that the oven is now working perfectly. -
FISHER AND PAYKEL dishwasher repair
The client reported unusual behavior from their Fisher & Paykel dishwasher: the unit was not cleaning dishes properly and, on occasion, would turn on by itself and run continuously without washing. Most modern dishwashers are equipped with flood protection sensors, which activate the drain pump continuously if water leakage is detected, in order to prevent the unit from filling. Initially, we suspected a leak was causing the system to enter this protective mode.After a partial disassembly of the unit, we discovered that the issue was more complex and unusual. The plastic motor rotor housing had worn out over time. As a result, fragments of plastic and magnet debris had abraded the stator housing, causing a slow internal water leak. This leak eventually damaged the Hall sensor — the component responsible for detecting motor rotation direction and speed. We ordered replacement parts, including a new stator, rotor, and Hall sensor. Fisher & Paykel parts are generally affordable, making repair a viable option — though in this particular case, the extent of internal damage made it more involved than usual. Since the dishwasher couldn’t be properly tested until the mechanical issues were resolved, we replaced the faulty components first. After installation, however, we found that the control board had also failed — likely as a result of electrical exposure caused by the earlier water damage. We consulted with the client and received approval to order and install a replacement control board. To ensure customer satisfaction, we covered the additional labor at no extra cost.Once the control board was installed, the dishwasher passed all functional tests and resumed normal operation — including proper wash performance, cycle completion, and no unintended start-ups. We explained all findings and repairs to the client, including the rare nature of this type of failure. While Fisher & Paykel dishwashers are generally very reliable, and major electronic failures like this are uncommon, this case demonstrated how mechanical wear can escalate into broader system damage if not addressed early. The client was satisfied with the final result and appreciated that a full repair was completed without replacing the entire unit. -
